SOLAR HEATED POOL & SPA:
Our fabulous pool is 30' x 15' and ranges from 3' at the shallow end to 5'6' at the deep end. We have solar heating fitted which means our clients benefit from having the pool at approx 75 degrees (except if weather drops exceeding low) without the cost of having to pay for Gas heating.
Obviously in those cooler months we advise that gas heating is paid for, however, with the solar and also our management team on site, you have the option of deciding upon arrival whether you require it or not.
GOLF BREAKS:
Our home is ideally situation for those wishing to have a golf break........we over 20+ golf courses within a short drive, this is the ideal base for you. Nothing better than a game of golf in lovely surrounding with the sun on your back, then returning to a 5 star home for a dip in the sparkling clear pool or resting your aching muscles in the bubbles of the jacuzzi!
Legends golf and country club is within a short drive and offers an excellent course, but also has a restaurant that is well worth a visit.
As keen golfers ourselves, we have provided a full men's set and half ladies set of golf clubs for our guests use... please feel free to make the utmost use of these clubs, however, we do ask that you clean them after use and report any damage to our management company so other clients can enjoy the facilities we offer also.
LAKE LOUISE STATE PARK:
A short drive from Orlando, this park is noted for its six beautiful lakes, rolling hills, and scenic landscapes. Lake Louisa is the largest in a chain of 13 lakes connected by the Palatlakaha River, which is designated as an Outstanding Florida Waterway. Lake Louisa, Dixie Lake, and Hammond Lake, the park's most accessible lakes, provide access for fishing, canoeing, and kayaking. Anglers can fish in four of the park's six lakes, but gasoline-powered boats are not allowed; only boats powered by trolling motors or without motors are permitted. More than 15 miles of horse trails are available for equestrians. For hikers and backpackers, the park has over 20 miles of hiking trails with excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing. Dixie Lake has a fishing pier, canoe/kayak launch, and a picnic pavilion. Located just seven miles south of State Road 50 in Clermont on U.S. 27.
