Nestled in the hillside, just 5 minutes from the town of San Juan del Sur, Casa Estrella del Mar overlooks Pena Rota Cove and the famous Gorilla Head rock formation. Features of this eco-villa include multi-level terraces with spectacular views, a pool and a walkway to the beach below. The house is self-sustaining with electricity powered by solar panels and a generator when needed. The house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms sleeping a total of 8 people. The master suite has a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk bed. The second bathroom is shares by the two bedrooms. The mattresses, sheets, towels and pillows are all top quality. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and is full equipped with anything you might need to cook or just make coffee. All rooms have ceiling fans. A caretaker couple live on the property in a separate cottage and will provide daily cleaning.

Casa Estrella del Mar is the perfect vacation rental for families, couples or a group of friends. The secluded location and proximity to town offer the option of going out to one of the many fine restaurants or just staying home and relaxing. The architecturally designed house is complemented by a beautiful cactus garden on the ocean side and many other tropical planting around the house which create a green, lush, garden setting. A short walk takes you to the rock beach below the house and a little further on, a private, sandy beach. A stay at CEDM is one you won’t soon forget.
