The second bedroom is located across the terrace with it's own separate entrance. It boasts 2 double beds, an ensuite bathroom with shower, patio doors leading to its own terrace area, and fabulous views of the ocean across the private infinity pool.
Bedroom number three is accessed by the exterior stairs an is located on the southern wing of the upper level. Again this bedroom has wonderful ocean views and from it's own private terrace, 2 double beds, and ensuite bathroom with shower, and also tropical garden views out the back.
The fourth bedroom, also accessed by the exterior stairs, is located in the north wing of the upper level and is perfect for children or separate adults with its 2 single beds, ocean view terrace, and ensuit bathroom with shower. Lovely garden views from the back of this bedroom also.
The Infinity Pool Area Facing the Caribbean:
Outside there is of course the infinity pool with a sloping bottom, and terrace with outdoor shower and plenty of sun loungers and chairs on the ocean side. The garden side of the house has a fabulous sandy area where you can swing in a hammock amongst the tropical plants while waiting for dinner to grill on the BBQ. There is also a basket ball hoop for guest use. In addition to all of this there is a great rooftop terrace for exceptional sunbathing, sunrises, sunsets, or stargazing. Akumal Beach, A 5 Minute Walk from Ina Tan Kanab:
Akumal Bay is the heart of our community with a perfect white sand beach. Along Akumal Bay you will find dive shops, restaurants, a spa and boutiques. The beach here is soft and sandy with a nice gradual slope making it very easy to walk out into the water. The bay is also protected by an outer barrier reef that keeps the water calm and clear on most days.
This is a great beach for families with small children. The Kid's Club is also located on Akumal Bay. If you are not planning on renting a car accommodations on Akumal Bay can be very convenient for you. Everything is within a close walk. Grocery stores, the gym, restaurants and snorkeling.
