Visit the beautiful white sandy beaches of Destin, Florida and stay in this charming ocean view three story townhome. With plenty of space for a wonderful family beach vacation, you're only steps away from the emerald blue waters. Four years new with designer touches, you will leave '9-5' behind the minute you walk through the front door. The first floor offers a garage and queen-size bedroom with a sitting area. The main floor houses the kitchen, living area and a bunk room that sleeps three. The top floor is a very spacious master suite with a wet bar. The property has three TV's and DVD players and all floors offer a private patio, where the top two floors have nice views of the Gulf. Relax in the Adirondack chairs on the 3rd floor balcony as you watch the beautiful Emerald Coast sunset.

Excellent place to stay. Very charming and very well laid out for privacy. Immaculate, charming, and very relaxing.

Perfect for our family!

This was the first time we stayed here and it was perfect for our family! It beautifully decorated and right across the street from the beach. I love the location and would definitely recommend this townhome to anyone, especially one with kids b/c of the great bunk/twin bedroom on the main level. It has everything you need and it feels like home!

I celebrated my 30th birthday in Destin! It was beautiful! The condo is in walking distance to the beach - just across the street. It has everything you need - full kitchen, full washer/dryer, 3 separate bedrooms for privacy but sleeps plenty!, garage, kid friendly, adult friendly, very cozy, very clean!!!!, great value!!!! LOTS OF FUN THINGS TO DO!!!!

Our family loves this beach house! It's an easy walk across the street to the beach & near amazing shopping & restaurants! We loved the stylish & comfortable beach house interior design! The balconies are great for enjoying a bottle of wine! The spacious & private Master Retreat up on the third level is awesome! Our youngest daughter loved her bunk bed on the 2nd floor! Our teenage daughter was thrilled to have her private first floor bedroom all to herself! The Williams Family is definately looking forward to our next stay!
