A beautiful, fully restored farmhouse in the quiet countryside within a 10 minute drive from 3 lovely medieval villages, and easy driving distance to Florence, Cortona, Arezzo, and Siena. The bright and airy house was originally an old water mill, with chestnut beams, terra cotta floors, and thick stone walls. The house has a private swimming pool, and large outdoor area including a loggia where meals can be taken. In addition to nearby sightseeing, excellent shopping and restaurants, there is a multitude of outdoor activities to do such as biking, hiking, and running.
