Enjoy the expansive ocean views from every corner in this luxury ocean bluff condo in the Princeville Resort community. This condo is an end unit with wrap a around lanai and no stairs even though you are a level above the ground! There is a rocky coast, 60 or so feet, directly below the condo with easily approachable sandy beaches within a mile. This prime Princeville location is peaceful and serene with ocean breezes, spectacular sunsets and sunrises, and 180 degree views from every room. In the summer months, conditions permitting, you can snorkel on the reef below the condo. In the winter months, you can watch the whales frolic and play all day. The unit is 'turnkey' (all linens, towels, cookware, dishes, beach items are included). Our piece of paradise is meticulously maintained and each year the unit is upgraded in some way. During the Summer of 2008, the bedrooms were remodeled, painted and have new linens, bedding and curtains.

Whale Watching : The whale watching season is from December through March when the whales migrate to the warm hawaiian waters to birth their young. Spottings are seen as early as October and as late as April. At the Hollys Kauai Condo, you can watch the whales frolic from every room. We have experienced the most activity mid morning and mid afternoon when the sun is at an angle. It is quite a site to see. Book our condo during whale season and enjoy the show!

Amazing Condo in Princeville!

My husband and I and another couple stayed in this condo twice and most recently during the month of September 2008. It was absolutely one of our most memorable trips! The condo is perched on a cliff which allows for views from every room which was so nice to wake up to. In addition, it is a short walk down to turtle cove where we actually saw a mother turtle nesting on the beach of the cove and we were able to view from the clear water.

The condo is also located in the Princeville area of Kauai which is in walking distance to the luxury Princeville resort which is nice to have a drink or dinner at and enjoy the view.

Another advatage to the condo is the full service kitchen which is great to use for making breakfast, lunch and dinner which we did numerous times.

The condo is also in walking distance or a short drive to some of the best snorkeling spots on the island. We ventured to the other side of the island one day and soon realized we were in the best possible spot for water activties with little crowds.

We are already planning our next vaca back to this beautiful spot and the main reason is the location and amentities of the condo that makes for a memorable stay. I would highly recommend this condo.

We spent Christmas 2008 at this Condo on Kauai. What a fabulous place to scout out the island. Located in the Princeville area, it is the perfect location to explore the island's many outdoor activities, as well as Princeville's night life.
The sights and sounds of the ocean from the condo were awesome.
It was exceptionally clean and had all the comforts of home.
We are anxious to return and have highly recommended this beautiful condo to others. If fact, our daughter and her husband stayed here and also loved it!

Awesome Views from All Rooms

I have stayed at this property two times. It has huge picture windows from all rooms (both bedrooms and LR) and gorgeious ocean views. The location on the N. shore is in the middle of all activities that we were doing - beaches, golf, restaurants.

The condo is well appointed with really nice clean and colorful Hawaian style furniture and bedding. It is clear the owners update it annually as there were new linens between my 1st and 2nd visits. The grounds of this complex are well kept and the pool is just steps away from the front door. We also liked that it has not steps - no lugging groceries and scuba gear upstairs.
When you go, be sure to snorkel at Tunnels Beach!
