Wir (2 Erw., 2 Ki 10 + 14) haben im Juli 2008 einen Super-Urlaub in Gruissan im Maison Au Bord De La Mer verbracht.
Es passte einfach alles:
- Die Wohnung ist klein aber t o p !!!!
-Super ausgestattet - es fehlte uns an nichts! (Gefrierfach,
Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, 4-Plattenherd, Backofen,
Grill, ausreichend Geschirr alles vorhanden !)
- Die Wohnung war sauber, auch technisch funktionierte alles,
was in Frankreich nicht unbedingt üblich ist!
- Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet
für 2 Erw. + 2 Kinder ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man im
Urlaub braucht!
- Die Anlage ist familienfreundlich und sauber.
- Der Pool ist, wie in Frankreich üblich eingezäunt und teilweise
bewacht, darf nur von Bewohnern der Anlage Bora Bora
genutzt werden - daher eigentlich nie überfüllt!
- Bäcker und Supermärkte kann man problemlos zu Fuss
erreichen.
- Die Gegend lädt zu den verschiedensten Aktivitäten ein (ideal
auch zum Radfahren einfache und anspruchsvolle Strecken!)
- Die Umgebung ist abwechslungsreich (alte Städte und Burgen
besonders zu empfehlen Carcassone aber auch tolle
Landschaften und wunderschöne Strände mit genügend Platz
für sportliche Aktivitäten - es ist für jeden etwas da!
- Gruissan ist Surfergebiet - daher weht eigentlich ständig ein
meistens angenehmer Wind - der auch heisse Tage erträglich
macht. Es kann aber auch sein, dass man am Strand von
diesem Wind im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes paniert wird!
An solchen Tagen besser andere Aktivitäten planen!

Wir waren jetzt schon 4 mal in Gruissan und auch im nächsten Sommer zieht es uns wieder dorthin - das Maison Au Bord De La Mer ist die beste Unterkunft, die wir dort bisher hatten - daher möchten wir auch den Sommer 2009 dort verbringen und nehmen dafür 16 Stunden Anreise gern in Kauf!
Wir alle können Gruissan und diese Wohnung für Familien mit Kindern, die gerne einen ungezwungenen, aktiven Urlaub (Schwimmen, Surfen, Segeln, Reiten, Radfahren, tolle Wandergebiete im La Clape) nur empfehlen!

Bei den vielen Vorteilen möchten wir aber auch auf einen kleinen Nachteil hinweisen, in GRUISSAN gibt es eine Disco und es kann sein, dass man, je nach Windrichtung, die Musik hören kann!

Uns stört es nicht wirklich - wir fahren wieder hin!!

wie heisst es doch so schön......"klein aber fein". Wir haben zu zweit einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Ihrem Ferienhaus verlebt und haben uns wohl gefühlt :-) Im September war das Wetter immer noch super und der Ort Gruissan hat uns sehr gut gefallen mit seinem alten Ortkern und dem schönen Hafen. Er ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in umliegende Städte (z.B. Narbonne, Perpignan) und zu kilometerweiten Sandstränden. Für Sonnenanbeter vielleicht noch die Anmerkung, dass auf der Terrasse keine Sonne ist, was aber auch Vorteile haben kann, wenn es sehr heiss ist. Zum Trocknen der Wäsche gibt es hinten aber noch eine kleine Terrasse. Allerdings fanden wir, dass der September eher Nachsaison ist, da die Lokale am Hafen teilweise schon geschlossen hatten bzw. wenig frequentiert waren. Dafür hat man den Pool der Anlage teilweise für sich alleine und der Strand ist auch nicht überfüllt.

Klein, aber fein

Obwohl 40 m2 kleiner sind als wir dachten, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. besonders die gute Küchenausstattung hat uns gefallen. Denn in Südfrankreich sind die Restaurantpreise sehr hoch.
