My home is located only 7 minutes from East Hampton town and a short walk to the marina. The ocean beach is also a 7 minute ride. If you want complete privacy , beautiful landscaping, a large deck and a Separated and private pool area which makes you feel you are in Provence or Italy- Rent my home. You will find a lovely LR with a cathedral ceiling. Downstairs are two guest bedrooms and a bath room. Upstairs is the master suite with private decking and of course bathroom. The study loft over hangs the Living room. A great music system is built in and can be heard on the deck as well as in the house. The deck has provided much space for many wonderful Barbeques over the past years. The furnishings are in good taste and the atmosphere is one of homey comfort and sophistication. This is your ultimate Hampton get away. Guaranteed skinny dipping if you so desire and lounging in the pool area with wonderful foliage and plantings make for a feeling of retreat in elegance. No pets please.

WINTER RENTAL - special offer For anyone using my winter retreat ( firplace and all ) The minimum stay must be from 2- 3 Months at the rate of $1500 plus utilities. If the stay is one month only the fee goes up to $2000. By the week it is $1000 per week. I never give thi up during the off season buty I want to be closer to my garndchildren on the CT shore. IBeing in my home off season is a real treat.Please- no pets or smoking at all.

WONDERFUL

I needed a get away and because of health reason I cannot fly. Although my freinds thougt it was a crazy Idea to go to East hamtpon in the middle of the winter I decided to spend 10 days away from it all. Cindys home was perfect. In great taste , comfortable and with every amenityone would need. Having the fireplace raoring ( real kind) with her incredibly good sound system and great collection of CDS I was able to unwind. When ever I had a question I called her and she happily filled me in and one time sent a friend over to show me how to use something.

I went back to work without a sunburn but refreshed and calm.
