Located on a hillside organic farm, La Magnolia is an apartment available for rent in Casa Bassa, a 19thC farm house that has been beautifully restored into two semi-detached houses. La Magnolia is a very light and bright apartment with doors opening onto patios with lovely views. Every detail has been chosen with great care to provide the feel of countryside living with the luxury of modern facilities. There is a large heated swimming pool and a beautifully landscaped garden. As a result of its position on the hill, the property has stunning views over Tuscany and Umbria. It is also conveniently located about 6 miles off the A1 Autostrada and yet is totally peaceful. This location is ideal for day trips to places like Orvieto, Todi, Montepulciano, Chiusi, Sienna, Perugia, Florence to name just a few.

As a result of its perfect location, day trips to many of the beautiful Tuscan and Umbrian towns and villages is only between 20 mins to 1.5hrs away (including Florence and Rome). Being on a hillside also means that Casa Bassa has stunning views over Orvieto and the Tiber Valley. The property also backs onto the 1500 hectares of Nature Reserve, Mount Rufeno. Guests can enjoy scenic drives and lovely walks in the area.
