This four-room condo is located on a three-acre wooded lot, surrounded by a cranberry bog and golf course. Across the road is Pleasant Bay with three free beaches and a town landing within 1/2 mile. The screen porch provides cozy dining and relaxation. There is also an outdoor picnic area with a gas grill. The large rooms consist of an eat-in kitchen with all amenities, living room with fireplace, and two bedrooms. Sport fishing and golfing are close by. This quiet area of Cape Cod is especially beautiful in the fall, when the surrounding towns celebrate their fall festivals. Close proximity to the Wequassett Inn makes this a great rental for weddings. Tuesdays and wednesdays are jazz festival nights at the Inn as well.
