Our Florida-style apartment is located in a park-like country club with 2 golf courses. The apartment has a large communal pool. Tennis court, barbecue and sauna available. All regional sights and destinations are within a 30 minute drive.

'...die Wohnung ist super und ist uns in den letzten Wochen richtig heimisch geworden. Wir sind nur ganz schweren Herzens wieder zurückgekommen, am liebsten wären wir da geblieben!'

Sehr schöne und ruhige Anlage

Wir waren im Mai/Juni 2009 für zwei Wochen hier und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage ist typisch amerikanisch, kleine Häuser rund um einen See verteilt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Besonders schön war der große Pool, den außer uns fast keiner benutzt hat, sowie der Tennisplatz, auf dem wir fast jeden Tag gespielt haben. Die Anlage liegt nahe an einer großen Straße, ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Mit dem Mietauto erreicht man in wenigen Minuten große Supermärkte und Restaurants, auch in Sarasota ist man schnell. Für Strandgänger können wir besonders den Nokomis Beach Richtung Venice empfehlen, nicht überlaufen, gepflegte Toiletten, kostenloses Parken. Über den Highway in wenigen Fahrminuten zu erreichen.
Fazit: Wir können "The Gardens" jederzeit empfehlen.

Wir waren schon dreimal in dieser herrlichen Unterkunft.
Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt, sowie einfach und schnell zu finden. Die Wohnung selbst ist komfortabel und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung an Haushaltsgeräten und Kochutensilien lässt keine Wünsche offen.
In jedem Bad befindet sich eine Toilette, reichlich Hand- und Duschtücher sowie ein Fön sind vorhanden. Die großzügigen Betten verfügen über bequeme und getrennte Matratzen.
Von der Porch aus hat man einen tollen Blick über den See, und man kann beim Frühstück oftmals Reiher beobachten.
Wir haben jeden Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
