Luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with Brazilian flair. As soon as you open the doors to Villa Costa you are struck by the beautiful garden and spectacular ocean view which can be enjoyed from the spacious living area, the large covered patio, or the beautiful poolside patio. The house is open and airy . The ceiling fans and the louvered windows allow the rooms to be kept cool by the trade winds.The large well equipped kitchen, Whether you plan on cooking a gourmet meal or using the BBQ you will find everything you need. The master bedroom with King size bed and a big walking closet and beautiful bathroom is huge, and opens small balcony with a beautiful view on the ocean and the swimming pool below. There is a pretty twin bedroom with bathroom and 2 queen bedroom with bathroom. 10 minutes walking from villa Costa is the beach and a big water park called the beach Park it's one off the biggest water parks in South America with wave pool ,lazy rivers and a lot of slights .

    In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 25% of the full payment (or full payment if booking within 56 days of departure) must be paid at the time of booking.
    The balance of the cost of your stay must be received by us not less than 56 days prior to departure (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). This date will be shown on the confirmation invoice. If you have not paid in full and on time we reserve the right to treat your booking as canceled by you.

    You must pay a security deposit of $400.00 before the start of your stay. and be returned on the end of your stay if nothing is broken or missing.
  • Changes by you
    Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us by email as soon as possible.
