A brand new full luxury townhouse. The property was completed in 2007 and has been the model home for the builder. Everything is upgraded. Hardwood floors throughout, granite counter tops, private elevator, ceiling fans throughout, built-in sound system, stainless appliances, etc. 3500 square feet of living space on 4 floors. The townhouse property backs up to the canal and is located 1.5 miles from the public beaches. It is located in a cul-de-sac community with a community pool. The townhouses are set back from the community road and therefore have almost no traffic other than the town home parking. A small boat launch is located just outside of the entrance to the community. Every bedroom is a Master Bedroom Suite. The 2nd floor is an open layout with the kitchen, dining area, living room and sunroom in continuous open space. The four levels make for a very quiet environment, Kids love to congregate in the loft area. The top floor has a private deck overlooking the canal.

In the Charming and quiet Bethany Beach area adjacent to Sea Colony. The property is off of Kent adjacent to the Assawoman Canal across from Double Bridges Rd. Aside from the swimming at the community Pool just outside the rental unit, there are many beaches up and down route 1 as well as boat rentals of all types in Dewey Beach, Bethany and Fenwick, all within a short drive. Additionally there are many things to do on the bay side. You can drop a Kayak in right behind the unit and paddle to the Bay which is a 4-5 minute paddle south, or tour through all the canal inlets and go north to the Indian River Bay and on from there. For Bikers, there is a nice wide bike path on Route 1 in both directions from Rehoboth Beach to Ocean City, MD

Golfing: There are a number of places to play golf beyond Bear Trap. We are open for off season golf weekends.

General Comments: This unit is great for large groups. The four levels keep the noise of playing children down to a minimum. Entrance through the garage eliminates steps and with the elevator a wheelchair can reach all levels. The Loft is a very large area with a private deck and a dormer area. This is typically where we find the youngsters like to congregate. The third level is where the Master Bedroom Suite and another Master Bedroom is located. The Master Bedroom does have it's own Gas Fireplace which is very nice in the Winter months. The Master Suite bath has double sinks, Jetted Tub and a large Shower area. The second floor has the Kitchen, dining area, family room and sunroom (about 1000 Sq Ft in one Open area layout. There is a kitchen Bar to feed small groups. Kitchen is fully equipped. Ground floor has a huge bedroom where we have placed 2 of the double size futons and one wall is sliding glass doors to the patio and the gas grill out back. Access to the canal is easy from the back.
