A comfortable one bedroom house located in the middle of Coconut Grove.....You can easily walk to everything....The Bay, Gourmet dining, art galleries, sidewalk cafes, bars, movies, shops at Cocowalk,rickshaw, outdoor entertainment, sailing club, etc. Close to Metrorail trains that operate certain routes in Miami) Assets: Original wooden flooring, Cathedral ceilings, Fireplace (if we ever need it), NEW kitchen, charming garden,security system,completely furnished,linens, dishes ,wireless internet, cable TV, etc. ....& pet allowed. Kitchen has dishwasher & Washer/dryer + small & large appliances. Barbecue in backyard lawns-patio. ( weekly &---monthly only----see RATES) Maid service on request.....

We had a really good time in coconut grove.
The house is really cute & comfortable.
Big barbecue outdoors. Nice ambiance....
Great host also.

Hoping to go back there real soon.
