Free tram service to and from beach. Shops and high end restaurant in complex with steak & sushi. Free hi speed internet. 2 very nice pools, one the largest in northwest Florida. Partial ocean views. Multitude of restaurants and shops in complex and within one block. 5 miles from publix---1/4 mile from hwy 98.
