Me and 2 of my friends recently relocated to the Phoenix area from Boston. It was a last minute move and the owner of the house couldnt have been more accomadating. The house is immaculate, it has great ammenities , from kitchen tools to hdtv . It was a great experience but my only issue was that we couldnt stay there longer!! Thanks again Bill!!!

new neat and complete

This property was like new condition with everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom etc. There are plenty of stores such as Wallmart, Wallgreens, and whatever you need close by. The location is just right you have quick access to the freeway but it feels like you are away from all the traffic and noise. Mountain views are very close and the area is totaly quiet. You will like this much better than any hotel. Throw the clothes in the laundry and go for a ride in the beautiful mountain areas. Then pick up some groceries and cook a nice meal in more than ample kitchen area. Finally put on the big screeen tv and relax till tomorrow. You are still paying less than hotel rates!

WE LOVED THE HOUSE!!

We are a family of four members from overseas, and we needed a house for two months during last summer. Finding Bill Lineker's house in this site was the best thing that could happen. Since we first contacted him, he seemed an open, honest and a good person. It was great dealing with with him.
As for the house it is a very beautiful house with high quality finishings as well as furniture. It has everything you need.
Besides it is located in a very nice neighborhood, which is also strategically located as we had a Recreational Center where my kids attended Summer Camp only 8 minutes away, as well as we had grocery stores, banks, shopping and restaurant area and the new Water Park all within 10 minutes. We found the location very convenient.
Definitely we had the best time ever and we loved every minute of the two months we spent in this house. Too bad we had to leave. We miss it already!!

Superb Vacation Stay

We were looking for a house to rent in the Phoenix area during baseball spring training in March 2009, and were lucky enough to find this place. The house was in tip-top shape, very modern and had all the conveniences of home. The bedrooms were nicely sized with very comfortable beds. My wife loved the kitchen; we ended up cooking all of our meals there instead of eating out.

We loved the location as well.... on the northern edge of Phoenix, right up against the desert so we could also go hiking and exploring. We highly recommend this property and will rent it again on future visits.
Owner's Response: We love our home, the area, and most of all appreciate tennants who treat the home as if it were their own. It is fantastic to know that we have helped make our tennants' stay in Phoenix memorable and enjoyable.

Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Our family of five was very comfortable in this brand new 3 bedroom home. The kitchen is spacious and completely outfitted with everything you might need. The laundry room was a huge plus. The beds are very comfortable, and there is a sleeper sofa in the den. We climbed three mountains during our stay, and the location was great to get wherever you might need to go in Phoenix. It's close to newly developed shopping areas. We had a fabulous time in Phoenix.
