Burnt Store Marina is located 10 miles south of Punta Gorda, Florida. and 30 miles north of Ft, Myers. 40 miles to RSW (Ft Myers) airport and just 10 miles from Charlotte County airport service by Direct Air. There is a 27 hole golf course on site, 500 slip Marina with direct (deep water) access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. There are two resturants on site and many more within a 10-15 mile radius. You can go to www.bsgac.org to see many activities that are going on in the community, and the condo comes with an activity membership which means you can participate!

This unit includes membership to activity center that allows you to participate in events scheduled on weekly basis and 15% discount on golf, resturant and pro-shop items.

Marinia: Marina includes both wet and dry storage. Slips can be arranged through the dockmasters office located in the Marina. Access directly to Charlotee Harbor and 10mi deep water to the Gulf of Mexico.

Tennis : Tennis is available in the marina by joining the tennis club
