The house was completed in 2008. The house has two floors and a balcony that provides a great view of the ocean and the beach. Guests can walk out the back gate and are just a few feet from the beach. The area is relatively quiet and is a great summer get away.

Our beach house is located just feet from the beach. There are a number of great dining areas within a driving distance of the house, some within walking distance. The house is a 10 minute drive from the city of Ponta Delgada. The Island of Sao Miguel also offers visitors a great deal of fun things to do like whale watching, golfing, swimming, hiking, horseback riding, and many wonderful places to see.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The island of Sao Miguel is absolutely beautiful. The house was lovely and within steps of the beach. The house was immaculately clean and very well stocked with all necessities. The owners were exceptionally helpful and nice.
