The privately-owned luxury villas are adjacent to the Carefree Conference Resort and is a great place to vacation with family or friends. This stunning brand-new and fully furnished 2400 sq ft villa is located in the high Sonoran desert. It is an upper unit in a four-plex villa arrangement-- and has never been rented out in the hotel program-- therefore it is immaculate, and has been decorated by a world famous entertainer and artist who had a prime-time network TV show, and who occasionally used this Villa as his 'retreat'-- and affectionately called it 'Zen Central' for its quiet and peaceful ambience, and breath-taking views of the high-Sonoran desert surrounded by the mountains and the Tonto Nat'l Forest. This private villa features a huge living room, opening to a private deck for both the master and the junior suites with spectacular desert and golf course views. It has all the appropriate amenities included.

The pool is a 1 minute walk across the street, and features a beautiful with hot tub (open 24/7) and meeting rooms, putting green. Large private entry foyer to your private unit. top quality Southwestern architecture, style, decor, & ambiance! Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and large raised panel wood doors. Spa and fitness center available to guests. Carefree is 'golf heaven', and there are numerous courses available in the vicinity which the resort concierge will arrange the use of. This is a perfect family get away, or a second [or third] honeymoon! The Village at Carefree is a gated private community, adjacent to the resort, and is private and quiet. Great for a walk around the Villages, or a hike around the giant Saguaro Cacti in the back yard desert! There is something here for everyone-- but primarily a place to relax, decompress, and a great place to escape the cold Northern winters. I

In Arizona, we don't even need to set our clocks back-- so you get a full day of sunshine... and it does shine... almost every day! Dogs are welcome with approval on a case-by-case basis-- we will discuss! No cats, however! Sorry The only weekly rentals accepted are: Thanksgiving, Christmas, President's Day, Easter, and Memorial Day... unless it is previously rented for the month!
