Nearest Airport: Geogetown International Airport at 15 Miles
Little Exuma is famous for its pristine private beaches and snorkeling. A great area for Bone fishing and Deep sea fishing and Sailing and Sailing regattas. There are Music festivals called Junkanu during the holidays. There are numerous islands just 5 -20 minutes from our house which is on a beautiful beach with a boat dock adjacent to the property , which is rare for this area. We have a 21ft Hydrosport Boat with Captain. Our house boasts beautiful panoramic views, acres of palms, and beachfront, 5 minutes to Williamstown and local bakery and restaurant. Chef services available , housekeeping services on-site.

We have a separate kitchen house with a dining table for 8, a dining table in the main living for 8 and another dining table in Casarina for 10. The house is designed for an easy entertainment flow. The Master Guest room has 2 double beds with full bath and shares a deck with two single rooms each with half baths. Perfect for kid! The Guest house (Extra)has a queen size bed , full kitchen, full bath and private decks. Casarina can also be a 2nd master, full bath wrap ,around decks or a bar/ den with dining for 10.
