A wonderful historical experience is what you feel in this authentic charming log cabin. Loon Lake public beach is 5 minutes from the cabin. Lake George about 20. Horseback riding, white water rafting, hiking, antiquing, are only 10 minutes from the cabin. Skiing in Gore Mountain is also about 10 minutes. Museums and cave explorations are about 20 to 30 minutes from us. Lake Placid less than one hour. The cabin is ideally located to explore all the outdoor activities but nestled in a private setting where you can come home and enjoy the cabin in complete privacy and quiet.

Nearest Airport: Albany at 60 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 5 Miles
Lake George area Authentic Log Cabin. Only minutes to Loon Lake where you will find a public beach and even bring your boat along. Across from the beach, you will find horse-back riding. On the opposite direction in about 10 minute drive you can go to our famous Whitewater Hudson River rafting. Some great skiing in Gore Mt. is only two minutes from us as is the lovely hamlet of North Creek where you will find a Grand Union Supermarket, a Liquor Store and wonderful restaurants for your dining pleasures.
