Fully renovated in 2008, this Historic Downtown Victorian home is alive with style, character, ambiance and an at-home feel. With your choice of a covered front porch or back deck relaxation spot, the second floor living this property offers also gives its guests’ privacy from any possible street traffic. There are three fully furnished bedrooms, one with a trundle bed for additional sleeping. With the exception of the private bedrooms, each room is open to the next creating an open flow throughout. Every room is filled with natural sunlight during the days which is accented by the house’s unique window openings. An eat-in (fully outfitted) tiled cook’s kitchen, high ceilings and decorative fireplaces tie in the comfortable living offered by this historic home. The bathroom is fully equipped, has tiled floors and a traditional claw foot tub with shower. New adjacent tennis courts, a neighborhood pool and school-zoned streets keep the area very family orientated.
