It is a spacious, quiet, Andalusian style country house, surrounded by a number of terraces. The house has a view of the sea, the town and the mountains. It is accessible via a 1 km country path. The village of Torrox-Pueblo is 1.5 km away. The house has a beautiful garden, the 4 X 4 m pool has its own shower and WC.

Further Details: We will pick you up at Torrox Pueblo and bring you to the house after your cell phone call on the way from the airport. You will have a view over the sea and the mountains, the sea is 2 km as the crow flies. The distance from the beach amounts 5-6 km by car.

Golf: You can reach a new 18 hole course at Caleta in about 22 minutes. There are other courses around Malaga, and dozens of courses around Marbella which one reaches in about 1 1/4 hours drive.

Die Lage des Hauses ist schön. Die Terasse mit Blick auf Torrox, Meer und Bergen ist wirklich super: wir haben dort alle Abenden spendiert!
Die Ausstattung von Casa Nikandi ist gut; auch in der Küche gibt es alles was mann braucht.
Das Schlafzimmer ist groß und hat gute Betten. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein aber alles funktioniert.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter was persönlich und freundlich.
Nur schade dass die Klima defekt war und wir dass nicht wußten!

Owner's Response: A propos "Klima" = Klimaanlage: die Mieter erhielten von uns für den Defekt volle Kompensation. Die Fernbedienung der "Klima" ist ab sofort im Hochsommer wieder einsatzbereit
