This gorgeous ranch style home, is truly one of a kind. Its location is perfect, in that it is centrally located a half mile from the center of downtown Palm Springs. It is within minutes of the convention center, the casino, many restaurants, grocery, shopping, and coffee shops. Bamboo floors and beautiful plaster walls create a comfortable and healthy atmosphere that begs the occupant to relax. The professionally decorated interior is a perfect blend of Palm Springs fun, beach house, and contemporary. We have worked hard to create a relaxing and fun environment. Very few homes in Palm Springs have such a spectacular view of the San Jacinto mountains, from the pool, back yard, master bedroom, guest bedroom, or living room, the views are impressive. Nothing has been left out or overlooked in appointing this centrally located vacation home, so grab your bags and come experience it for yourself!

Kitchen: Wood crafted cabinets, matching stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, 4 burner gas cook-top, gas oven, under cabinet lighting will entice any chef in training to practice their culinary skills in fully stocked and gorgeous cook's kitchen.

Living: The kitchen opens onto the dining and family room, so that friendly conversations can be had from any where in the main area of the house. There is a fireplace centered in the living room, providing warmth and ambience. The living room is light an airy, with comfortable sofas and pillows. There is a large flat screen TV, with DVD/CD player, MP3 player with Radio.

Outdoor: The pool is large, with a gracious hot tub, the mountain views from each are breathtaking. Comfortable designer lounge chairs and seating areas around the pool. There is a hammock under the trees for lounging, reading and sleeping! There is a built in gas BBQ area, with plenty of room for cooking and entertaining. The adjacent outdoor dining area seats 6 in comfort.

We found the house to be exceptionally comfortable and well equipped and would have loved to have stayed a lot longer. It was clean and well-maintained & the owner answered every query we had quickly, efficiently & with courtesy. We hope to stay there again in the future!

This holiday home didn't disappoint! The description is accurate, it was really comfortable, and it lived up to all expectations. Location was great - easy walking distance of downtown but was very quiet. Views are stunning. We shall be back!
