West Stonebridge holiday villa

Hello and thank you for stopping by,: We own our vacation home with my wife's parents and have enjoyed many visits to Florida over the past years. Our children are now 0, 7 and 9 years and the older ones cannot wait to spend every waking moment either in the pool or Magic Kingdom!

About the villa: Our villa has some great furnishings an is superb for one large family, two families, or that special vacation with the grandparents, since both couples get their own suite. After a fun day at the theme parks you can relax in your own heated private pool and hot tub, central air conditioned and professionally decorated vacation home instead of perhaps a cramped uninteresting hotel room with a shared pool. Mind you, the shops, malls, restaurants of Kissimmee’s route 192 are literally minutes away so you're never really far from anything. The property boasts many upgrades to the standar spec. including tiles throughout, heated swimming pool, the hot tub plus we wanted to make sure there was a King and a Queen bed available. The two Double bedrooms both have en-suite facilities and the Master bedroom has its own patio door right out to the pool area -as does the en-suite for quick access to the toilet and shower facilities for swimmers or bathers

Location: Location-wise our holiday home is just off Highway 27 in a town called Davenport, which is slightly South-West of Orlando. Everything is accessible within 15 minutes, even the main shopping strip 'International Drive'. There are many Golf Courses (including Champions Gate, Highlands Reserve, Polo Park and Deer Creek), restaurants, more shops and of course all the major attractions you've no doubt heard of. Orlando International and Sanford Airports are approx. 45 minutes and 60 minutes away respectfully. Cocoa Beach and Tampa Bay each take around an hour to reach, Cocoa Beach being the preferred viewing area for NASA take-offs from JFK whilst the Gulf of Mexico tends to have the warmer water.

Golf: Golfers will love this location as the Champions Gate Golf Resort and Highlands Reserve Golf Club, which are two of the most popular courses in the area, are both within 4 miles of the villa. Of course there are a few others dotted around but these are the ones previous guests have asked after.
