English Tudor style home overlooking huge ocean and sunset views. Walking path below leads to various beaches, tide-pools, surf breaks and the Montage Resort & Spa. Fully equipped kitchen. Warm Tommy Bahama influenced decor, hardwood floors, porch and classic beach-house style sun room (or 3rd bedroom). All amenities & fully supplied home. Flat grass front yard and private back yard with garden for entertaining and family BBQ's. Quality neighborhood with walking loop. Hear the ocean lapping up on the beach below and watch the dolphins and boats go by!! 3-minutes to Also Creek 9-hole golf course. 5-minute walk to South Laguna Shopping Village. The Laguna Beach open air trolley picks up at the end of the street and is the fun and easy way to get downtown in 10 minutes during the summer months. 30-minute drive to Disneyland, 1-hour to Sea World and San Diego Zoo. 1.5 hours to Catalina.
