This is a large one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in World Wide Plaza. It is a luxury condominium building. The building is an entire block, from 49th to 50th Street, from 8th to 9th Avenue. Broadway and Times Square is very close to the apartment. Central Park (59th Street) is also walking distance from the apartment. There are 2 residential towers and one office tower, a health club on the lower level, and restaurants in the middle. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite top counter, plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, paper towels, napkins, cleaning supplies, dishwasher soap, DSL, DVD, irons, ironing board, hairdryers, sheets, towels, soap, two televisions with over 200 channels, all the comforts of home! There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sofa bed with pump, (becomes a real bed in less than a minute, is very comfortable) in the very large living room. There is also a chair which opens into a bed, for a child or smaller person.

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. The condo was immaculate.
Beautiful space within an amazing location!!! Modern, elegant, very clean, and comfortable. All the details were covered which made for a wonderful stay. Monica and Kiera were very pleasant and responsive at any given time. I highly recommend and will come back the next time I visit NYC. The location was absolutely perfect. You could be in Time Square, Central Park and a wide variety of restaurants in a matter of minutes. It had all the comforts of home but right in the heart of Mid Town Manhattan NYC. Yet it is a really quiet and private unit. All the amenities are exactly what I was told I was getting and then some. I just wasn’t able to locate where the iron was. Which really didn’t matter for I always look for a reason to shop (Smile). Thanks for renting me your awesome place.
