This condo is in a quiet complex and is very well appointed. I often rent houses and condos when in LV and this is one of the best and represents very good value. It is everything and more than advertised.......the word luxury is accurate. Colette is very easy to work with and can provide local knowledge if desired.

A Las Vegas Paradise

This condo was everything it said it was in the description and alot more. The location was great and quiet, but close enough to everything and it was clean, well furnished and comfortable beyond belief. Having always rented houses we were worried that the condo would be a bit cramped, but it was extremely spacious and the beds!!!! WOW. When we go back we will definately stay again, not only because the rental condo is perfect, but Colette is such a great help and lovely person. Thanks for everything, it was perfect. Jan and Tina
Owner's Response: It was important to me that the beds and linens were top quality. It amazes me that others can label their vacation rentals as "luxury" then when your arrive you find cheap linens, old dishes etc. I knew I wanted quality furnishings for my vacation home and I'm glad my guests appreciate my choices.

The condo lived up to its billing. The place was immaculate, very roomy, the bed in the master room was extremely comfortable. The grounds are very quiet. The condo is equipped with everything you would need for a short stay or long term stay. I was very pleased with this place.

Great Hideaway

This is a lovely condo rental - the complex is conveniently located. There is a major grocery store within a 5 minute walk. The condo is extremely clean and well-maintained, with ample room to settle in comfortably. Great attention has been given to the "little" details in the unit, and we loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We have been to Las Vegas on many occasions, and this was our first time that we have stayed off the strip. It was very easy to get around and see and do the sights of Vegas, and yet to come "home" to our delightful retreat made our vacation extremely restful and relaxing. We highly recommend this condo rental, and Colette was always kind and considerate of our needs.
We would recommend this unit for a family getaway, or couples / friends travelling together,

Plain and simple....It's the BEST!

After staying in the resorts and timeshares this was such a wonderful change. The rooms were very spacious and well decorated. The condo though attached to other units was totally quiet, a very nice change from the gaming resorts where people are in and out all night banging doors and talking in the halls. As for Colette, no one could be nicer and more thoughtful.
Owner's Response: I too couldn't imagine staying in a hotel or time share again. The benefits and costs of a short term rental like mine, really make it attractive. No long lines for check in or check out, a lot more space, quieter, more relaxing, full kitchen. The list of benefits go on and on. i'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Colette
