With room for 6 this home makes for a great way to travel on a budget. Three bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen and a patio with it's own BBQ is a great alternative to expensive hotels that offer much less!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning Fee: $50 for stay less than 7 days and $100 for stay of 7 days or more
  • Fifty percent (50%) deposit of total stay, a signed rental agreement and a signed damage deposit contract are due at the time of booking. Contracts are e-mailed out and should be returned as soon as possible with payment. We can not hold dates until contracts and the deposit have been received and have cleared. Payments are accepted in the form of money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks. There will be a $30 fee for any returned checks.
    The final balance will be due in full 30 days before arrival. Once final payment has cleared a 'Welcome E-mail' will be sent out to inform the guest on arrival instructions, directions, house rules and amenities at the home so that the guest may pack accordingly.
  • Any cancellation of a reservation must be received by property management 30 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation given 30 days or more before the arrival date will result in a full refund of all monies collected. If a cancellation is given within 30 days of the arrival date all monies collected at that point will be converted into a cancellation fee and not returned to the guest unless their specific reservation dates are reserved by another. If the guest's canceled dates are reserved by another then all monies will be returned minus a 20% fee of the lodging total.

The Many Events of the Desert: There are many festivals and events to keep the calendar full out here in Palm Desert and the surrounding cities. In January there is the ever popular Bob Hope Chrysler Classic Golf Tournament and the Palm Springs International Film Festival. February brings us the Date Festival where you can enjoy carnival rides, good food and lots to see. Also there is the Tour de Palm Springs for all you cycling enthusiasts In March we have the Kraft Nabisco Championship and the LaQuinta Arts Festival featuring 250 renowned artists' work. April brings us one of the most popular music festivals in the world, the Coachella Music Festival. This is a three day event at the Empire Polo Fields in Indio featuring many genres of music. The Stagecoach Music Festival brings us 3 days of country and bluegrass music in May. December enjoy The Tamale Festival in Indio. These are just a few of the many events held out here in the Coachella Valley

Things to Do : There is something for everyone to do out here. There is the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, The Village Fest which takes place on Palm Canyon in Palm Springs. Enjoy food, arts and crafts. The C.O.D. Alumni Street Fair is great to walk around enjoying music, wares and food. Take a trip up the mountain through 5 different life zones on the Palm Springs Aerial Tram. You can walk around at top and enjoy cross country skiing, snow shoeing and sledding. There is a restaurant up top where you can take in the view. About 20 minutes away you can spend the day shopping at the Cabazon outlet mall. This is an outdoor shopping center with over 100 stores to choose from. Take a day trip up the mountains to visit either Idylwild (artsy community with great hiking) or Big Bear (mountain town offering skiing, shopping, fishing and more). There is the Palm Springs Art Museum or the Palm Springs Air Musem to spend the day at. For the little ones there is the Children's Museum where kids can experience

things hands on. About an hour away there is the Joshua National Park. This is popular and world famous for it's rock climbing climbs. Winter rains in the desert areas bring to bloom amazing spring wildflowers in the park. A sight worth seeing. There are amazing beaches about a couple of hours away making for a great day getaway.
