Comfortable, beautiful full ocean view from balcony, living room and dining area. Easy pool and beach access right off of patio. Enjoy playing in the sand, walking on the beach, watching the beautiful sunrise or enjoying the ocean view from your unit. This is a 3 Bedroom fit for a family or grandparents with grandkids visiting. Southeaster is known for a great place for recreation for winter and a family place in the summer. The large common areas give kids plenty of room to play. This unit is steps to the sand. Ground floor access is easy for the whole family! We are sensitive to all of your traveling needs and have supplied everything you need for a perfect vacation. There is a beautiful pool area, plenty of parking and lots of Florida sunshine. Southeaster has shuffleboard courts and tennis courts on property! We are less than an hour from all central Florida parks as well. Great shopping and historic district right in New Smyrna Beach!

Located on Florida’s east central coast, New Smyrna Beach is a quiet seaside retreat located at the Southern mouth of Ponce de Leon Inlet. It is a small, historic city, and yet offers 13.2 miles of beach to enjoy. Located only 55 miles northeast of Orlando, it serves as a favorite get-a-way destination for many Central Florida residents and has garnered significant notoriety as a surfing destination, often hosting American Surfing Professionals’ competitions. Through the years, the City of New Smyrna Beach has maintained tight controls on growth, resulting in a limited number of low-rise condominiums being constructed. The City has also held strict parameters on beach traffic which, in addition to protecting beach goers, simultaneously protects nesting sea turtles. It is a nesting ground for loggerhead sea turtles, and Florida’s loggerhead population is the largest in the nation, second only, internationally, to Masirah Island, Oman, in the Middle East.

Everyone, wife, children and grandchildren enjoyed a funfilled week in New Smyrna Beach at the Southeaster condos.
Access to the beach was just as described, 30 steps to the sand....Beautiful beach and most important to us was there was no crowding of the beach front at the Southeastern.
Our only regret was that we were there for only one week...
