This is a Heritage property on estate like grounds . Very private yet downtown location (important in this town, look at map please) Close to all Theaters and Restaurants. Twenty minute drive down a beautiful parkway to Niagara Falls. 18x36 foot pool surrounded by trees and flowers. The house is beautifully furnished with antiques imported from UK and Europe, original paintings by London Artists. Kitchen very well equipped, various dinner services, plastic and china. We are a few blocks from a five star Spa ,which has an extremely reasonable day pass fee. In Winter there is a Gas fireplace very cosy living room with comfy deep sofas. This house is light, bright and a real class act! All the modern conveniences of a new home but you are in a period dwelling , probably why you chose Niagara on the Lake.

Notes: Beautiful Gardens and 18x36 foot Swimming Pool. Air-conditioned in Summer and new large gas fireplace for Winter. Cable TV/VCR in all rooms. New Wireless internet! There is a World Class Spa very close where a day membership is only $35CDN. per day.

Pool info: The pool is a wonderful large private pool, however , we have had problems in the past with guests inviting other family and friends and partying. The town by-laws are very strict and do not permit use of the property for anything other than accommodation. Also the neighbors have complained about the noise.

Other Activities: Shaw Festival, Unique Shops, Park, Lake Ontario, Wineries, Spas, all that is available in Niagra Falls
