This beautiful villa is high in the hills above the San Fernando Valley with spectacular city and verdant canyon views. Floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors allow you to enjoy these amazing views, both from the front of the house as well as the rear. Get away from it all and still be close to all the excitement that Los Angeles, the beaches and Hollywood have to offer. There is plenty of room for everyone with three large bedrooms and a finished attic and three bathrooms. There are two master suites with private bathrooms, with one of the bathrooms like a spa retreat at an exclusive resort with large Jacuzzi tub, enormous walk-in shower room and double sink vanity. With the exception of the attic, all the rooms are on one level. And the master suites are very private in that they are separated from each other being at opposite ends of this custom-built villa.

While the property is on an extremely quiet, secluded street in the Hollywood Hills, you are within minutes of Universal Studios & other Burbank Studios, a short drive to Magic Mountain, about 40 minutes from Disneyland, 8 minutes from Sunset Strip, 20 minutes from downtown L.A., about 30 minutes to Santa Monica Beach and the Venice Beach Boardwalk. LAX is about 45 away and Bob Hope (Burbank) Airport is 15 minutes away. This is a walking neighborhood with close proximity to great restaurants and shops along Ventura Boulevard. There is a enormous hiking park (Fryman Park) just around the corner that stretches all the way through Beverly Hills.

An extraordinary feature of this property is the back deck that makes you feel like you are floating over a forest. This lovely deck has dining and lounging furniture. Enjoy the best sunset view in Los Angeles while eating diner that was prepared in the gourmet kitchen. Great location in a very big house with a nice back patio. The kitchen as huge as well as the main bedroom. Lots of room everywhere. Enjoyed our stay!

This home has the best views and is spectacular at night when the lights come on in the valley below. The furniture and fixtures through out the house are high quality and well arranged. We enjoyed the beautiful weather from the deck at the back.

The house is spacious and easily accommodated our whole family. It is also convininetly located with Universal Studios literally 5 mins away.

Our vacation was comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable and we look forward to another visit.
