Photos and Description of this Chiusavecchia holiday house

Casa Celeste is a rustically Ligurian stone house on three floors with a partially covered rooftop. It is located in the middle of the small village Olivastri, 12 km from Imperia ( the province capital town). Mass tourism does not disturb the narrow alleys of this ancient olive village amidst the Ligurian hills. Small plazas and a winding alley leading to the house provide a safe and fun place for children to play (parking spaces are located 100 M from the house). The walls of this spacious house are very old but the interior was completely renovated in 2001. The lovingly restored and decorated rustico has bags of Italian charisma, arched entryways, fluted ceilings and a traditional open fire place. It combines historical flair and modern comfort.

Olivastri is situated uphill, 12 km from Imperia (the province capital town), amidst fields of olive trees. It is a typical ancient Ligurian village. There is no road traffic. It is therefore extremely quiet and ideal for families with children. Our house is located in the centre of the village. From Olivastri there are many excursion possibilities in the surroundings, where you will discover typical villages, historical places and local restaurants.

  • Prices include the consumption of water, electric energy and gas; they do not include bed linen, household linen and towels, which on request can be rented at the price of 10,00 Euros per person (per week). Prices do not include heating in winter and the final cleaning (40,00 Euro).

Die Angaben entsprachen dem Haus. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber.
Unsere Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht deutsch zu sprechen, denn leider ist unser italienisch nur auf wenige Worte beschränkt.
Uns hat der Urlaub oben im Berg sehr gut gefallen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut und schnell zu erreichen und das Meer ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
Wir können es nur empfehlen.
