This one bedroom, one bath apartment is 762 square feet in size and comes with with both regular hotel amenities and the comforts of home including ample living space, TV and DVD player, washer/dryer, full size kitchen with housewares, and much, much more! The bedroom sleeps a maximum of 2 people and is furnished with a queen size bed, night stand, and dresser plus a walk-in closet. *This Carefree Vacation Rental is intended for those a minimum of 45 years of age and older. Under federal guidelines (Housing for Older Persons Act), at least one occupant must be 45 years of age or older. Additional occupants may not be younger than 18 years of age. No children under 18 years of age are permitted

We really enjoyed our stay here. VERY modern facility, enjoyed the salt water pool & spa that was open 24 hours. This place was WAY better than any room on the strip and the price couldn't be beat! We had everything we needed in our room - full kitchen, laundry, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a full living room. Everything was SO clean, staff was VERY friendly. We loved the clubhouse and were grateful for the covered parking. We look forward to staying here again when in Vegas next time!
