Location, Location, Location! Eastport section of Annapolis, most desirable for ample parking and plethora of best restaurants. End of dead end street w/ views of the Capital dome, St. Mary's churchyard and Carroll House. Walking distance to Historic District and USNA. Totally private on 1/2 acre w/ towering trees and gardens, parking for 10 cars in circular driveway, breathtaking water views in nearly every direction over marina. House is light and bright with floor to ceiling Palladium windows, all on one floor, furnished with museum quality antiques and oriental rugs; modern kitchen, skylights, 3 TVs ( flat screen, Bose 1-2-3 sound system), DVDs, Bose Wave radio w/ CD player; leather sofa bed in TV room. One Bathroom has jacuzzi/whirlpool tub, other has over-sized shower with multi-function shower head and double sinks.
