Totally Relaxing Vacation for an extended family

At this wonderful house, you will "want" for nothing else !! The house is as huge as the pictures show, with room for everyone to be together, or apart. The house was immaculate, and the kitchen fully stocked, including both gas and electric ranges, 2 microwaves, 2 ovens and all manner of cooking equipment. There is an almost unlimited supply of glassware both in the kitchen and the wet-bar area, which also has a wine frig, an ice making machine and 2 cooling drawers. The supply of paper, soap and cleaning products was a definite plus. The elevator a big help, especially if you have elderly in your party, or anytime you want to carry stuff up/down, or go from ground to the top floor. The Master bedroom, and bath are TREMENDOUS, and the views up/down the beach from the windows up there are spectacular. In fact, the views from just about anywhere are spectacular...mostly those from the rooftop deck and hot-tub area. The furniture, beds and outdoor chairs are plentiful, and don't worry about bringing beach stuff, as chairs, umbrellas, play toys, boogie boards etc are all supplied. Also supplied are plush, large beach towels...so even more things you DON'T have to worry about bringing ! There are 3 large screen TV's and a smaller TV in the kitchen area. There is a superb audio system throughout the house, and on most of the outdoor decks as well. The bedrooms are very large, and the beds and furniture quite comfortable. The lot itself is huge, and besides being right on the beach, there is also a large yard area on the inland side of the property. There is decking on all levels/sides of the house, and when the sun goes away from one area, you only need move to another deck to keep working on your tan (sunrise to sunset) ! You are just a few miles from the center of Bethany, and approx. 10 miles from Dewey and Rehoboth, so should you ever want to venture forth, its just a short drive.
The owner was responsive, available by phone or email, and my security deposit check was mailed back the day I checked out.
I would certainly highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a LARGE, oceanfront house on the wonderfully beautiful and quieter beaches of Delaware. This house was absolutely relaxing and the perfect place to spend a vacation.
