Luxurious apartment on the 17th floor with breathtaking view of the ocean. with a large balcony. Located in beautiful Luquillo, Puerto Rico, 22 miles from San Juan airport on the east coast. Condo is in a gated community with 24 hour security, playground, swimming pool, kiddie pool,tennis courts, basketball courts,racquetball courts, private beach entrance and ping-pong game room. Convenient to shopping, horseback riding, restaurants, golf courses, pristine beaches, the famous 'Yunque' Rain Forest, snorkeling and marina.The dining has a 4 chair table set. All furniture are modern style and beautiful. The kitchen is completely equipped with refrigerator, stove top, microwave, coffee machine and all utensils. In the balcony you have a big swing for you to admire the view, read or just sit and relax.

Beautiful view! What you see is what you get!

My mom, sister, and I stayed at Noel's place for a week in January. First of all, he was a pleasure to deal with all around - quick to respond, shared helpful advice, sent the key in the mail, and returned our deposit quickly after the trip.

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and well kept. Outside is where the magic really happens - We wanted to spend every minute on the spacious balcony! The ocean and beach view is spectacular! When we managed to pull ourselves off that balcony, the beach was just a few steps across the side street behind the condo complex. The beach had soft, orange-tinted sand, nice waves, and beautiful palm trees.

My advice - book now! You'll love it and you won't want to leave!

Very charming and relaxing

We stayed in PR for 11 days, half of that time at this charming apartment with my husband and 4 year old daughter. The apartment was exactly as pictured, but the charm of the area is difficult to capture in a picture (it is a very secure facility and we felt very safe). The kitchen and appliances were really nice with some extras that came in handy (sugar, salt, safe clean water, etc). The view was spectacular, the balcony big and the breeze wonderful and warm (this unit is on the 17th floor, which we really liked). The beach was the best beach we came across in PR and the stretch of beach was so long, we couldn't cover it all in our stay (mind you, our 4 year old stopped to play and explore a lot, so we didn't get too far). While here, we explored the Fajardo area which is close by. Went on a catamaran, went kayacking and our favorite, hiked a great trail in the rain forest which is about 10 minutes away! Overall, we can't wait to get back to continue to explore this area and would certainly stay at this place again. Thanks Noel, for sharing your place... it was a great time indeed.
