Perfect for a family beach vacation!

My family stayed in this beautiful home from March 21st-28th 2009 and enjoyed every minute! The owner of the property is very nice and accommodating, and lives close by incase of emergency. The home offers a beautiful beach themed decor that reminds you that you are on vacation with every step. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully loaded, so all you need to do is bring the food you want to cook. The house was very clean and comfortable. Great for families with children or dogs. The backyard is fenced in and has a sandbox, patio furniture and grill! Great for barbeque's! My kids had more fun playing in the sandbox than they did on the beach! The owner of the house was kind enough to stock the house with kid-friendly movies and coloring books/crayons when she found out I would be bringing my children with me. There are also beach goodies on site such as chairs, float, cooler, umbrella, etc. for your personal use while you are a guest.
The house is in a great location. You are only steps away from an absolutely beautiful beach! The waves are gorgeous! Not to mention you are only a short 8 miles from Daytona Beach! There are several grocery stores, surf shops, souvenir shops, restaurants, parks and much more close by! It really is a prime location! You are about 45 minutes from St. Augustine and 1 1/2 hours away from Orlando. So if you don't want to just sit on the beach (who wouldn't?) then you can go sight-seeing, or take the family to Disney World (which is what we did!).
The owner of the property truly was amazing to do business with and I am glad we chose to stay here instead of somewhere else. Great prices, accurate listing description, well-maintained and immaculately clean, almost everything you need is already there waiting for you! And unlike most rental owners, they live close by and are just a phone call away should anything come up! I would also like to mention that Elaine makes your happiness her priority while you stay in her property, and continues to do so even after you have returned home, right up until you get your deposit back. She really was a joy to do business with!
My family and I look forward to going back in the near future to stay here again! We had such a blast on our vacation, and I'm sure, if you chose to stay here, that you will too!
