Auburn holiday house

Outdoors we have an awesome deck with a wonderful 'Sunbrella' awning that can cover about half of the deck if you wish to get a break from the sun. Other outdoor amenities are a gas grill, a table that seats 6, another table that seats 2, and plenty of lounge furniture for your gatherings. There are two docks, one with a boat hoist. Go ahead and bring your own boat or rent one from a local marina and dock it here at the house. We do have two kayaks that you are free to use. The shoreline has a seawall that is about four feet high and the water is usually around two feet high at the edge. The water level gradually goes out to about four feet deep at the end of the longer dock. There is a rather large sandbar you can kayak out to for some play in the sandy water approximately 150 yards to the northeast. Most areas of Owasco Lake have rocky bottoms. Everyone loves our large grassy lawn for kickball, soccer, volleyball, flying a kite or just plain old relaxing by the water.
