Placed on top of one of the hillock chains sloping down to the Arno valley, Villa Belvedere is near Marti (a province of Pisa) in the heart of Tuscany, with a stunning 360° view. From its strategic position, one can easily reach all of the most renowned art towns of the region by car, from half an hour (the nearest one: Pisa) to a couple of hours (the farther away: Arezzo). Besides such opportunities, the visitor interested in art and history may experience another characteristic of Tuscany: the abundance of masterpieces (in architecture, sculpture, painting) and the evidence of stratified civilizations going from the Etruscans to the Romans up to the Middle and Modern Age. Country places such as Montopoli Valdarno , Palaja, San Miniato, Vinci, Cerreto Guidi, Volterra, San Gimignano and many others are all reachable within a one hour car trip from Marti.

We can organize any sort of activity from wine- or olive oil-tasting tours, olive picking or wine harvesting, guided tours of the historical towns, cookery courses, pottery classes, truffle hunting excursions, hiking, walks, mountain bike rides. Also daily maid service and cooking services at the villa on request. The nearest beaches are the ones of Livorno, Pisa, about 35 km in distance. Forte dei Marmi, Camaiore, Viareggio is about 1 hour. The most beautiful spot on the coast is Golf di Baratti, due to it being a natural bay and a protected area is about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Elba is about a 1.5 hour drive to Piombino and then an hour ferry across.There is an 18-hole golf course at Castelfalfi, Telefono. The area is well served by the golf course and also a small golf course in San Miniato 15 minutes away.The village of Marti is close by, with a butcher, baker, small supermarket, newsagent, hairdresser, bar.

House Composition: On the ground floor is a very large kitchen fitted with all modern appliances, a 6-fire hob, electric oven, dishwasher and a large log fire. The kitchen leads into the large open plan dining and sitting room area, with satellite television. A utility room with washing machine, Hoover, shower and access to the garden. A downstairs loo is present. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a twin room, followed by a bathroom and shower room. The outside of the house is very private as the villa is on a cul-de-sac. Th pool area has a big sun bed, 2 sun loungers, plus a few deck chairs. Table and chairs to eat outside for 8 people, and a barbecue.
