There are many golf courses — namely Champions Gate, Disney, and Celebrations — nearby for your enjoyment. Cypress Gardens, Busch Gardens, and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico Beaches are an easy drive from your villa.The Pool and Spa is surrounded by a large extended deck area that includes a covered Lanai with ceiling fans.

Villa Dolcetto is an elegant up market Florida vacation home located in the quiet residental area of 'Country Side in Tuscan Ridge. Your neighbors will be home owners, or other vacationers from other countries and /or cities in the USA. Located close to US Highway 27, makes access to Interstate 4 convenient. From there you can travel to Disney approx 15 minutes, or head to the Gulf or Atlantic coast. Shopping is delightful. Posner corners brings us many department stores. We must not forget Walmart Super Store and Publix for all our basic needs.. Oh, and then there is great Golf. Champion's Gate, 18 hole course is about 10 minutes away.Other golf courses are in the area,...Restaurants are numerous, along with a couple of 'Pubs', all within a short driving distance.   • A refundable Security Deposit of $400 USD is due 12 weeks prior to the departure date.
    Villa will be available for occupancy after 16:00 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 hours on the day of departure. An earlier occupancy or later departure time may be possible but must be agreed upon in writing prior to the occupancy date.

Villa Dolcetto: There are many golf courses — namely Champions Gate, Disney, and Celebrations — nearby for your enjoyment. Cypress Gardens, Busch Gardens, and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico Beaches are an easy drive from your villa.

Living and Dining Room: The large pool and spa are accessed from 4 areas — the 2 master bedrooms, the living room, and the family room. You can eat around the pool, in the kitchen nook and bar, or in the formal dining room. We have recently rearranged the furniture by swapping the living room and dining room so that the dining room is now close to the lanai which allows easy access between villa and the lanai during meal times. Also, the living room area is now separated from the high activity areas for some quiet time, if so desired.

Stay at home for the day?: High Definition TV in the Great Room Every bedroom has own TV /VCR Game Room: Full-Size Pool Table Full-Size Air Hockey Table with Electronic Timing, Scoring, and Handicapping Ping Pong Table Top for the Pool Table Cable TV, Tables and Bar Stools for Observers Board games, dominoes,playing cards, Puzzles Folding card table and four chairs can be found in the Master Bedroom closet,

We had a great time. The house is very clean, convenient to Disney and other attractions. It is great for a growing family to share with grandparents, extended family, etc. It was much more affordable than a hotel and allowed for young kids to have "down-time" Highly recommended.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
