The condo is conveniently located just two short blocks to the beach and two blocks to some of Avalon’s recreational fields. The recreational fields offer tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, baseball/softball fields, and a playground. Avalon offers a full spectrum of activities for the entire family such as beach concerts, beach movie nights, sport camps, and events and classes at the community center.
