Notes to the rental rates

• The prices are valid for bookings with 2 people. Each extra person costs 25.00 Euro. 2 children up to 12 years of age stay free. The prices do not include an extra 11% tax (6% sales tax and 5% tourist tax). A seasonal surcharge of 10% is charged for Christmas and Easter - you must stay for at least 2 weeks around these holidays. We would of course give discounts for lengthy stays and last minute bookings. Please ask us about it.
  
• Included in the rental price are the following: electricity and water costs, pool and garden service, house instruction and supervision by German-speaking property management, telephone and fax usage within the region, high-speed internet, bed linens, towels.
  
• Final cleaning: 120 USD. Deposit: 300 Euro. Payment due at booking: 20%

Information for boat drivers

There is a boat dock at the house with an American picnic table. Here you cannot only tie your rental boat, but rather you can also enjoy breakfast or have a private picnic whenever you want and at the same time enjoy a superb view. You are practically sitting 'in the water' in front of great scenery. You can rent a boat from one of the countless marinas or boat renters in Cape Coral or Ft. Myers. Enjoy 'Florida-living'.

House design

By the furnishing and designing of the Sea Shell Villa, we consciously paid attention to having everything furnished in 'Florida style'. Light, clear colors make the picture right. The design of the rooms is soft and friendly and conveys the Southern attitude towards life. Just the 'formal dining' area is somewhat more dignified - here you can also have a festive meal once. You will find our house name 'Sea Shell' in many details within the house - after all, the famous shell island 'Sanibel' is not too far away. Enjoy 'Florida living'!

You will quickly realize that you want to spend the most of your time not in the house, but rather outside. That is why we have placed a lot of value on the garden, pool and pool area. In the garden you will find beautiful palm trees, citrus trees and other plants. The pool is big enough be wild in (especially children will have their fun - there are numerous pool toys available). The water fall calmly cascades into the pool and brings along relaxation in quieter hours. The pool is heated with solar heating - environment friendly. The whole pool area with its open space and lanai (roofed sitting area) is protected against mosquitoes and other bugs through a Screen (fly gauze). Thus you can experience the warmth of the evening in Florida, maybe first grill real American steaks on the gas grill or simply lay comfortably with a cocktail and gaze at the stars.
