See the Gulfviews from the 2nd & 3rd floor of the home or step into your back yard for a family cookout on the gas grill or swim in the private 27X13 ft. pool. The Tropical Splash also offers 2 tennis courts, sand volleyball pit, clubhouse, and sauna. And to satisfy your social needs you'll definitely have to visit the huge community pool (heated in Nov, Mar, April months) just across the court. The sugar white beaches and emerald Gulf waters are only 1/2 block away with private, gated access. Tropical surroundings in this Mediterranean home make for the perfect place to unwind.

Destin Vacation at Tropical Splash

My family stayed in beautiful Destin, FL for a week in October 09. We rented Tropical Splash which was just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way from the impeccably cleaned and decorated home, to the sparkling pool. The owners were very friendly and helpful with all our questions about the area. We will definitely be back next year for another week at Tropical Splash!

Wonderful Fall Break!

Our extended family spent a week at the Tropical Splash in October. What a wonderful vacation we had. Our ages ranged from 3 one-year-olds to 2 grandparents and we found the amenities perfect for us. The beds were all very comfy and we had plenty of linens. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we have found in our vacation rental experience. About the second day we were there, the dryer stopped drying. We called the owners and had another working one in a matter of hours. The pool was clean and very enjoyable. The short walk to the beach was good for all of us. One of our granddaughters is special needs, so we rented a golf cart from the owners to help get her to and from the beach and all of us had a great time riding around in it. Everything was clean when we arrived and in good shape. If we go back to Destin, we will definitely consider staying at Tropical Splash again.

Perfect Home Away From Home!!!!

This was one of the best vacations my family and I have been on...walking distance to the ocean and back to our own private pool to enjoy the late afternoon sun! The house is decorated beautifully and the beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. It was great having a kitchen to cook the fish my husband caught! All of our dealings with the property owner were pleasant and they were very helpful and knowledgable about the area! This was a family vacation that won't soon be forgotten and we are looking forward to staying here again next summer...a new tradition for us has begun!!

Great Location

My family stayed at this house during July, 2009. We had a great time with no worries. The house and pool was stocked and cleaned spotless upon arrival. My teenagers had a great time with the volleyball court, made new friends. Beach and shopping were very close. I will certainly recommend this house to all my friends and family.

Great Location
