Wrightsville Beach holiday condo

This Condo is in a good location and the Station One facility is nice and secure. There were a number of maintenance oriented issues including:

The lock proved to be a real problem throughout our stay. They did come and replace it after my wife got locked out called in tears.
There appeared to be no way to run a bath in the Master bathroom except through the shower head due to a damaged control.
The shower head in the second bath leaked and sprayed on the wall behind the shower and there appeared to be a leak around the shower unit itself resulting in water ending up on the bathroom floor after each use.
The carpet in the main living area was white (mostly) and clearly needed cleaning or replacing and the living room furniture was fairly comfortable but well worn.
The appliances in the kitchen all seemed to work, but were very dated (e.g. push button stove and a toaster that was clearly an antique though I have to admit it still worked well).
Overall the unit was decent, the view was great, and we ended up having a great time.
