A delightful beachfront condo with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unique condo is one in a block of four, its situated on the 1st level with a short flight of stairs. Once you have entered the front door you will walk straight into the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. To the right of the kitchen there is a toilet/cloakroom. The next room on from the kitchen is the lounge/diner as you can see from the photos it has been furnished with the Floridian feel. To the right you will find the Master bedroom with queen size bed dressed with beautiful bedding. Opposite you will find the second bedroom which hosts the twin beds, both rooms are the perfect size for your vacation. The main bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and wash basin it is fully equipped with towels and linen. What makes our condo so special is the screened balcony which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, in the evening there is nothing better then watching the sunset or watching the dolphins play

Walks to many restaurants, waterfront bars and convenience store. Ten minutes drive to major stores and supermarkets. Port Charlotte's 20 mins drive south. Venice 15mins drive north and Sarasota 35 mins drive north, with many cultural attractions and unique shops. The historic town of Arcadia with the downtown area is awash with antique shops. Walk along the beach or drive to Stump Pass National Park for picnics, dolphin watching, bird watching, fantastic fishing area (fishing rods and tackle supplied, just purchase your bait), boating, beachcombing, swimming, snorkelling. There are 25 golf courses within a 20mile radius. Bush Gardens 90-120min drive, Disney/Orlando attractions 2.5/3 hours. Closest airport Sarasota - Bradenton International (SRG) located 35miles northwest. The Southwest Florida Intl airport (RSW) located 48miles southeast in Fort Myers. Tampa Internaltional Airport (TPA) located 73miles north.

Notes: Bid Goodbye to the stress and hectic schedules that fill our life and head to secluded Manasota Key, located on the Gulf of Mexico. Manasota Key is a stunning barrier island which is connected to the outside world by just two bridges, making it quite secluded with miles of unpopulated white pristine beaches to explore. You will be able to collect a variety of shells, sand dollars, prehistoric sharks teeth and fossils. Each evening you can see a breathtaking sunset over the Gulfs, as the sun appears to 'melt' into the Gulf waters the skies slowly change to brilliant pinks, purples and crimson. Along with the sound of the waves breaking at the shore and a warm gulf breeze you will know your in paradise!. Manasota Key is a world away from traffic and crowds. The island reflect an old Florida feel, the way Florida used to be. The condo hosts full gulf views from most rooms , beautifully decorated, air conditioned, large balcony with table and chairs, balcony overlooking the sea.

We stayed in this condo in March of 2009 and highly recommend it. The location is ideal, close to restaurants and shopping. The beach was wonderful, great for walking and finding shark teeth. Dolphin sitings were a frequent occurance.
There was a charcoal grill on the patio perfect for a barbeque. The sunsets were magnificent, enjoyed from the comforts of a screened in porch.
This is a great spot for a peaceful, relaxing vacation!

Our Stay at Manasota Key

I stayed at this Condo for one month and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location was superb, I had my own beach, I could walk to the restaurants, shops and bars. The Condo had its own pation with table and chairs which was lovely to enjoy our BBQ's. Walking along the beach was just one of the highlights. Of an evening we sat, watched and listened to the waves coming in from the screened balcony it was so romantic!!. Most nights we watched the pod of dolphins playing in the sea, it surely is a magnificent place to stay. We snorkelled most days and gathered shells and sand dollars. The condo is beautifully kept its furnished with the florida feel. Being on the second floor the view are stunning. We woke up to the sound of the waves. Staying at this condo you will never want to leave. I have booked it up for 2 further months this year and I will definately be booking it up for 2010. The owner was so helpful and communication was excellent. This holiday will be everything and more that you dreamed of.
