Swim on the pristine beaches of Assateague Island and watch the wild ponies roam free or hang out on the beaches of Ocean City and walk the boardwalk, try some rides, play some games, & have lunch. When you get tired, come back and relax in this very comfortable home or use some of the amenities this great waterfront community has to offer. The clubhouse features a brand new fitness center, game room, indoor & outdoor pools, tennis courts, playground, walking trails, 1/4 mile long fishing/crab pier, fishing ponds, & kayak dock. Additional information about rental rates

  • One-third payable on booking and balance is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • We also require a refundable security deposit of $300. The deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure upon clearance of no damages.

    A $60 administrative fee is required for all reservations.

    Property is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday during high season. Check-in is on Saturday after 3pm, checkout is on Saturday by 10am.

    Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.
  • Please be advised that smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises. Also, the home is available to
    families/adults ONLY of which parents or guardians must be over 25 years of age. Mini weeks and weekends available off season, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
