Great, north side property with lots of family friendly amenities! Plenty of parking, basketball 1/2 court, huge back yard, 3 adult bikes, 2 child bikes, 2 cribs, toys and highchairs, strollers, etc., all available per request. Beach pass for town of Barnstable beaches provided. Beautiful, sandy beach on serene harbor is less than a mile away with incredible views of Sandy Neck Light. Nice outdoor deck with fire pit table, gas grill and outdoor dining table fills summer vacation with lots of fun evenings. Large outdoor shower is attached to deck for easy access after the beach. Plenty of beach towels provided along with all other linens. House is fully stocked. Recently updated kitchen with restaurant quality range and wrap around bar/island make this perfect for family gatherings. Enjoy the Dolphin for excellent seafood, the Mattakeese for a sunset cocktail, and the Tavern for live music on the patio- all are a short walk from this fantastic summer property! Pets are considered.

History of the House: This historic property once housed the old jail, which was moved to its present location at the Trayser Museum in the 1970s. This jail possibly housed the surviving pirates of the Whidah before their transfer to Boston. The jailer lived in the main building and prisoners were fed in the mud room.
