We are offering an affordable, convenient, and carefree vacation with NO CLEANING FEES. Our studio condo is located at the Village of Baytowne Wharf in the Market Street Inn on the 4th floor overlooking the Bay and the Village streets. People watch or enjoy the sunset over the Bay with a glass of wine! There is a queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, and granite kitchenette with utensils for all your needs. Being that this unit is privately owned we are able to serve you as our special guests at a lower price with no hidden fees or charges. We live here locally and are more than happy to assist you on a relaxing vacation or quick weekend getaway. We also go the extra step to ensure you're comfortable and satisfied.

Staying in the wharf is an exceptional experience. Not only do you have access to an over 2200 acre resort with all it's amenities, but you have the luxury of stepping out your door to stroll the cobblestone street. There are all sorts of restaurants, shops and activities that cater to all ages and any lifestyle. There are playgrounds, zip-lines, and mechanical boat races for the kids, and nightlife, music, and wine tastings for the adults. Follow the dock down to the marina to rent a boat, kayaks, or go fishing for the day. With every amenity at your finger tips, you don't ever have to leave the resort! However, if you do want to get out and about, we can lend a hand in finding fun activities that may be 'off the beaten path' in and around the area.

While staying at the Market Street Inn you will have access to our on site pool and gym which is an amenity not all guests receive. You also have shopping, music, nightlife, and dining are all right outside your door. Come once you will definitely be coming back.

My girlfriend and I stayed here in July, and we had a great time. The location is perfect and close to all the action inside the wharf. Lots of fun sitting on the balcony having a drink and listening to the bands.
