Very nice efficiency at the ocean, next to the Sawgrass Country Club Beach House restaurant & club. Two Queen beds. Upstairs end location. Vaulted ceilings. Balcony.Completely furnished and supplied. DVD player and VCR player. Cable TV. No Smokers, please. One small pet allow if show proof it has effectively been treated for fleas. Condo is in gated Sawgrass Country Club community, at the ocean in Ponte Vedra Beach, metropolitan Jacksonville. 45 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport.

Great location, close to everything and anything in the JAX area. Wonderful beach. Condo clean and well furnished, even a bit over furnished for a studio. Less is more!

Downside is the lack of access to the Beach Club facilities, (pool and gym). If you can live without that, this is the way to go!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway
